Pixels 2012 took place at Talbot Green Community Centre on Saturday 3rd November 2012. The event was judged by Dave Mason and was a very close run thing! Tenby & District Camera Club and the Inn Focus Group both finished with a frankly amazing score of 77 point (from a possible 80). Under the rules of the competition, Tenby were awarded the victory as they had three photographs scoring 20 points whereas Inn Focus had two.
Tenby & District Camera Club wins Pixels 2012
Pixels 2012 took place at Talbot Green Community Centre on Saturday 3rd November 2012.
The event was judged by Dave Mason and was a very close run thing!
Tenby & District Camera Club and the Inn Focus Group both finished with a frankly amazing score of 77 point (from a possible 80).
Only once before has such a score been achieved (2005 by Western Valley).
Under the rules of the competition, Tenby were awarded the victory as they had three photographs scoring 20 points whereas Inn Focus had two.
So hard luck to Inn Focus who would have also been worthy winners.
Merthyr Tydfil finished third on 76 points, a score which would have won all but one of the previous Pixels competitions.
Bridgend finished fourth on 74, a score which would have won all but two previous competitions.
