For about 6yrs now one of or members, Dave Lingham, has been a member of an online critique forum where he can post images and get informed feedback.
Much to his surprise and amusement his latest image has been deleted because the moderators deemed it to have been created using Artificial Intelligence.
Why is this so ironic? Well many of you will know that Dave is one of the last darkroom workers left in our club. We don’t think he even owns a digital camera! Dave said, “if that is going to happen to me, then there’s no hope whatsoever”.
You can see the picture below. It’s just a reflection of a moored boat rotated 180 degree, a straight picture in camera, no double exposure just observation and an idea.
