Congratulations to Chris Tidman who, within the last week, has achieved both her AFIAP and her AWPF.
AFIAP (Or Artist of the Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique) is achieved by having 40 or more acceptances in international FIAP accredited salons in at least 15 different salons in 8 different countries.
The AWPF (Associateship of the Welsh Photographic Federation) is achieved by presenting a panel of 12 images to an adjudication panel. The photographs used must be of good enough quality to be accepted in national and international salons and the panel must be designed in such a way that it works as one balanced unit. Chris chose to present a print panel entitled ‘Ragged Victorians’ and a thumbnail of her panel design can be seen below. Click on the photo to see a larger version.
