David Northon at Rhondda has sent us this very sad news that Arthur Brownscombe passed away last Wednesday.
Arthur was a long time member of both Rhondda and Gwynfa and many of you will have known him well. Arthur hasn’t been able to attend Gwynfa for a few years but always maintained his enthusiasm for photography. Arthur was a fascinating character and a terrific photographer. We’ll never forget the presentation he gave to Gwynfa Camera Club.
Arthur was a forward thinking, fascinating and well respected member and will be missed by members of both clubs and everyone else who knew him.
Funeral details have yet to be confirmed (but may be a week Friday at Pencoed Crematorium).
