Gwynfa members achieved fantastic success in the 2016 Welsh Salon of Photography.
From a total of 95 Gwynfa entries there were 65 acceptances or 62%. That is an incredible total in a salon where acceptance rate is usually below 10%.
We also got four main awards, two selector’s choice awards and eleven highly commended photographs.
The award winners were:
Lynda Beynon – Emerging Four Spot Chaser – Best Colour Print
Gwynfryn Jones – The Fishermans Wife – Best Creative Print
Gwynfryn Jones – – Jack-Tar – Best Mono Print
Leigh Woolford – On the Dunes – Best Mono PDI
