What is the Tacky Trophy? Regard it as the complete opposite of a monthly competition. The poorest photo wins. We want to see your worst, not your best. We know you have many such images! We all have. But which is your worst?
Why Tacky? It evolved out on an ill advised comment made by a judge, who shall remain nameless (we’ll just refer to him as ‘El Presidente’). Thinking he was talking about an entry made by Leigh, he described it as a bit tacky, only to discover the entry was made by a completely different member.
CHANGE TO RULES – Certain practicalities have demanded that the rules that were originally circulated have been changed.
