We’ve just received the very sad news that, after a short spell in hospital, Alan Hoskins has passed away. It was not Covid related.
Alan has been a members of Gwynfa for many years and achieved successes in competitions on numerous occasions. His most recent success was winning the 2017 Jim Davis Trophy with his image ‘Blue Vanda on Slate’ (see below).
Until very recently Alan was an active member and participated in many of our virtual meetings.
He will be missed by everyone at the club.
