Gwynfa Camera Club achieved the highest number of acceptances for any Club in the 2026 Welsh salon of Photography. Our members obtained 43 acceptances and six awards. You can see the full list here.
Our awards included Best in Section (Colour Print) for Helical Staircase by Glenn Porter and two Judge’s Awards, both in the new Phone PDI section, for Laura Parker (for ‘The Tube’) and Ellen Morris for (‘Who’s the Boss’). Highly Commendeds were also awarded to Chris Tidman, Gill Jones and Glenn Porter.
Other members, Bob Thursh and Rob Evans, also achieved a further 9 acceptances but Gwynfa is their second club so we can’t count them in our official total.
