Gwynfa won the annual 3-way battle at Barry last night with some consistently high scores. Judge, Les Loosemore ARPS AWPF, awarded only two ‘twenties’ on the night, both of them going to Mark Mumford (for ‘the Pilgrim’ and ‘The Power of the Sea’). As usual there was a very warm welcome from Barry who provided an excellent buffet. It is just a shame there were only six from Gwynfa and three from the Rhondda to enjoy it. Full details follow.
